[ARCHIVED THREAD] - bug net for hammocks

Its going to be really hot for this weekends hike (97). I am only going to take a hammock but there will be bugs. I know I am a wuss.

Anyway, anyone seen any descent bug nets around? I found hammocks with nets already but I already have a hammock and its much lighter than the others.

Any one know of a descent place to get a bug net?

I hammock camp. I just use a mosquito headnet I bought at Walmart. It's super light/compact.

Some people can't sleep with them on. I find no issues there.

i am interested too.

what size mesh keeps mosquitos out? i have thought about buying some material and paying a family member who can sew to make something up for me.
