Do they have a Tractor Supply around you. If so, pick up one of these.

| Just make sure to get the120/240V Champion model if that's important to you. You see the 120v only around a lot of places (also a good genny). I bought the 240v model a few years ago, and used it several times. I loaned it to my brother, who uses it all the time with his camping trailer. He unfortunately moved to MD last year, and I doubt I'll ever see it again. I have a Honda EU200i that I use when the power goes out to run a couple window unit ACs, and the fridge/freezer. If noise level is a big concern, it may be an option. It sips gas, but you'll have to use the Honda a whole lot to ever break even with the Champion (especially with current gas prices). |
