What is longest you have stored dry wheat? What were the conditions stored and what was the outcome when you opened it?

Ive only stored it 5 years-perfect, It can be stored for 30-50 in a no 02/dark environment. Hell some grain has been recovered in arceology digs that was hundreds of years old

I test germinated some seed wheat that has been stored since 1986 with no special consideration whatsoever. About 60% sprouted. I'm planning to try making some bread from it eventually. I've also got some oats of the same vintage. It will probably end up being chicken feed.
