| Just as a heads up, Season 2 of Dual Survival with Cody Lundin and Dave Canterbury started tonight on Discovery. I'm sure there will be a rerun later this evening. Both of these guys are experienced and are full of great information. There are some great survival tips and information in the show, so it will probably be of interest to the forum. Enjoy! |

If I had to pick one for SHTF: Dave. I'm sorry but I'd have to disagree. I think my group and I would live longer with Cody. Dave knows his stuff and would be great. But he seems like to much of a hot head and that gets people killed. Cody would make a nice camp wife.

I think more like Dave, so Cody would balance me out, where Dave would just get me in twice as much trouble as I would by myself. |
| The survival shows are beginning to bore me. Maybe I'm just a sour old bastard, but I can't seem to achieve the willing suspension of disbelief long enough to enjoy these shows anymore. Les Stroud is perhaps the most credible, and the least in need of the silly drama and contrived predicaments of the others. |
