A good friend of mine, an Army buddy, introduced me to a new "prepping" resource, a book called Dare to Prepare. He loaned me his copy for a week and I was really impressed with it. It covers a lot of the "standard" scenarios (earthquake, fire, flood, etc.) but has a butt load more. It's got some very useable tables and graphs on storage and preservation. I was somewhat surprised to see diagrams and info that I'd seen in Army manuals years ago, stuff like antenna construction for radios and fallout prediction. I was impressed enough to buy a copy for our library. I think it would answer a lot of questions for all "prep" minded folks. Just thought you guys might like to know.
