I want to stockpile a handful of 5 gallon gasoline cans (full of course), but I have no outdoor shed to store them and I really don't like the idea of having something like that in the house where fire and fumes can be an issue.   Any ideas?

I use a variation of what Garand Shooter posted above for storing 20lb. propane tanks.
I think I bought it at a Sears store.
The one I got can be padlocked.

I agree with you.
Inside the home is definately NOT the place to store gasoline.
