Sounds like someone overheard a roll playing scenario of a riot or a local attack. Im sure george soros has wanted to do this for years but the people would not stand for it. Every city would be warzone and the blue helmets or whoever would not have a safe haven anywhere. If goverment troops fired on U.S citizens it would, once agian, be the shot heard round the world |

The US as a whole is woefully unprepared for major social or natural disaster. At the state level, it's really bad. At the municipal level, preparations barely exist.
Katrina should have been a lesson but it's been mostly ignored. If SHTF, it's going to be a lot worse than you can imagine for some people. I just don't believe they know it's coming within a certain time frame. It's going to be here and it'll take us some time to recognize the severity of how bad it really is. Because some will deny it is as bad as it is or someone will claim it's worse than what it is. Do you all remember the tornaodoes in Oklahoma City that came in the dark and killed 60 or more people? In May of 1999? The local news channels scream "tornado" at the mere mention of storms. People just became immune to all the "sky is falling" from the local news and just ignored the warnings. They got caught in the dark and some died. We will go through that stage as a nation and it's going to be nasty when it happens because so many ignored it. |

Most of those warning us about FEMA are woefully ignorant of FEMA's role in the US. The "M" in FEMA is for managment. Prior to Katrina, all FEMA could do is manage other agencies resources to aid in a disaster recovery. They also provide training to other agencies. With only 2600 employees, the must be the best run government agency in the US to accomplish what people say they are doing. Prison Camps, Black Helicopters, secret road markings. Yeah,....whatever.....

One of which is the difference between a fairy tale and a Sea Story. A fairy tale begins "Once upon a time ..." A Sea Story begins "This is no shit! ..." Then again, life is like a boxing match, you should keep your guard up and be prepared to defend youself at all times. YMMV Good luck. Vic out. |

All kinds of agencies may come running to the scene and it is a huge cluster fuck for a short period of time. FEMA hasn't seemed to change that when it comes to reacting. Taking a proactive role prior doesn't seem to be highly probable to me. But that does not mean we are not going to have some bad stuff down the line. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. |

I have a friend that has sent me pictures of brigades being moved around. And no, he probably was not supposed to do this. I was told in late 1990 by a then E7 the very statement about a US soldier would not be used to police it's own citizens. Another country's military would be doing it. That was right before we became a policing agency for other countries. I don't know what the future holds, if I did, I would be rich by now financially. I will say this though. I put no faith in anything except God and myself. Everything else I question, and I make my own path because of this. Do I believe that we are heading in the direction the Bible says we will? Yes. Do I intend to do anything to change it? No. I will however, take care of myself and my family in the meantime. |

Funny I have a relative in the DEA and he has never told me about this! I doubt the DEA would know about it. They would know long before Villahno72 and Chad and there Deep throat would! Since they work with just about every major city here in the US! My relative also has ties with Chicago PD where he worked for 10 years, STL PD and most major cities in the mid west he would have been told something by now. Only think he has told me in the past few month is that he has been working on something that he can not talk about and all he said is that when they come out with it everyone is going to be surprised and its going to make history. They are setting up to make the US Constitution secondary to UN law. A natural or social disaster might be the excuse. |

The facts are that a lot of foreign troops do come to the US to train, Just as many US troops go overseas to train. This has been going on since before the Civil War. |

Yes, there are foreign troops on American soil. Besides the aforementioned foreign air force personnel in Arizona and New Mexico, we probably have twenty or so here on Campbell. Aussie CH-47 Chinook pilots, British exchange officers in the S-3 sections, a Malaysian major I met over at the Air Assault School. Then there's a Costa Rican cadet in my buddy's class at West Point, the Croat in my platoon at jump school, it all adds up.
To say the number is 100,000 when the active duty Army is only five times that is...probably delusional. It couldn't be hidden from the people most likely to leak the news, which is patriotic conservative professional military types. |

One thing to keep in mind is the shear size of America. Compare the population, and land area to the countries in Europe. With the current political climate in those countries, can you imagine the reaction of the citizens in their soldiers start coming home from America in body bags? China or North Korea would be another matter entirely, as the deaths would not be a deterrent to their leaders. That being said, I have not heard of training exchanges with either of those countries armed forces. |

Didn't they refuse to take part in the current Iraq conflict.
