Wow, 6,000 volunteers putting out sandbags in 20 degree weather in the snow. Standing in icy water.

I lived through the flood of 1997, and have friends up there for this one.

I asked one buddy in Fargo last night when he was going to get his FEMA ATM card.  I look forward to the charity concert for the white chocolate city.

My folks just bugged out this morning.  The flood is going to be 5 feet above the record in recent years.  Just insane!

And, yes, they were sandbagging in 20 degree weather with 6-8 inches of snow on the ground for the last 4 days.

I guess that whole 100 year flood model just went out the window.
