Around 35 lbs for rice (depends on the actual type of rice but I am using short grained white rice as the example.)
Your looking at around 25 lbs for grain, again depending on type and moisture content. Beans? 35-40 lbs. Rice typically 1 cup = 7oz Beans typically 1 cup = 8oz Oats typically 1 cup = 3-5oz 16 cups in 1 gallon 16 oz in 1 lb |

All of my buckets of rice are 33#.
