is it safe to run a propane generator close to (not in) living space? do they put out carbon monoxide? I know the forklifts in warehouses are usually propane, is that bacause the fumes aren't as dangerous?

I think that a propane generator puts out the same exhaust as a gas generator - but i could be wrong.. If you have a breeze pushing the exhaust away from the house I dont see a reason why you couldnt have it near the house

A propane generator generates a lot less CO than a gas engine but, it still generates CO. Run it away from the house!!
