When did you last update your will? How long since your last complete checkup with your doctor? How good is your health insurance? Are you familiar with your policy? How well organized are your important personal documents? (In case someone else has to go through them for you.) When did you last check your vehicle's tire tread, belts, etc? None of it is fun to do or plan for, but it's all very necessary. I won't pretend to be 100% up on these issues myself, just giving food for thought. |
Agreed.  I'll add a couple: --Do you have disability insurance to insure your income? --Do you have life insurance to insure your family? --Do you have a retirement plan? |
