[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dehydrated vegetable source needed

I am looking for a source of good long term storage vegetables. I am specifically looking for a source of dehydrated vegetables(peppers/onions/broccoli/etc)

I remember seeing a site that sold like quart size containers of dehydrated veggies. I dont even think the site was survival in nature either if that helps.

Anyway any links or sources would be appreciated.

BTW I prefer dehydrated veggies for storage to help save some storage space.

BTW, their Country Cream milk is by far the best nonfat dry milk I've ever tasted.

Not a very long shelf life on that http://www.harmonyhousefoods.com/Q-A_ep_29.html .

Others are a little cheaper and have a longer shelf life, but are not sold in Qt sized containers..

Since nobody's mentioned it, keep in mind that there's a difference between dehydrated and freeze-dried veggies. As far as I know, the dehydrated ones are cheaper and don't last as long, and the freeze-dried ones are the opposite.
