In my free time, I've been downloading detailed maps of rather vast areas.

USAphotomaps rules, except that it doesn't have color pics of WNY
but it works with my GPS unit (garmin etrex legend) so I'm happy
well. I've transfered waypoints between them, haven't had it track my live position yet, but since it transfers waypoints it should work for live navigation
