Looks the same to me, but $50 cheaper even including shipping.

Doesn't seem too bad, 1 7lb box, 1 week of long term storage food, variety in diet, just add hot water to the pouches.

Let's go shopping for comparisons:

Breakfast:
One box with 21 packets of Oatmeal: $5 (that'd be 3 packs per morning for 7 days)
One box of powdered milk: $10

Lunch:

1 Jar of Peanut butter     $2
1 jar of jelly                   $2
5 lbs. of flour                 $3
can of yeast                   $2  

Dinner
Seven large cans of soup for $2@: $14
One Box of Saltine crackers (original)$5
7 tins of sardines/or tunafish: $1@:  $7
Roll of cheese: $20?
One can of Swiss Miss         $5
One box of Lipton tea         $5
1 lb of sugar                      $3

Total: $83

It could get even cheaper if you went Ramen noodles and didn't go with cheese.

Thats pretty much the same price, but is far from as easy to consume or as long term storable.
