A few years ago a friend of mine gave me an Orvis Fly Rod and Reel. I've thoroughly enjoyed fishing with it and was seriously bummed when I broke it last week. I called Orvis and asked if they had any kind of repair program. Since I broke it through my own stupidity, I just wanted to know where I could send it to get it fixed and how much it would cost. They asked me how old it was. I told them. They gave me a repair number and an address. I shipped it out priority mail (cost me $10). Today, I received a BRAND NEW Clearwater Rod AND a BRAND NEW Rod Case. Good Folks to deal with! Edit for grammar |
