I've always wanted to go noodling. I have no problem sticking my hand into the mouth of a catfish. It's all of the snappers and snakes I've seen that keep me from giving it a try. In the murky waters that catfish seem to prefer you never know what you're reaching for. Stick a 150# catfish in a clear tank with no other fish and I'll dive right in.

| older gentleman seem to know the most. every person that has ever known how to noodle(tips) have been quite old. seems like it is catching on again with younger generations. check out girls gone grabblin. i would say your best bet is to ask around the local baitshops. or just watch some movies! |

I haven't been able to find anybody that does it in my area. I'm planning on going this weekend. It should be a real learning experience trying to figure it out on my own. |
