Had to do a Google search on my Blackberry while we where fishing to figure out what it was.



Ended up catching 4 of them before the day was out.

Damn, were you fishing downstream from a nuclear power plant? I've never seen a dogfish with bright green fins.

Cypress trout, grenell, choupic is what they're called down here. Fighten bastards they will destroy a spinner bait.

Grinnel is what I have heard them called.  Havn't caught one in a few years.

neat lookin mudfish! i have not seen breeding colors. good ol' davis bessey! up around my neck of the woods.
