I can wait to try again we have all been there. I love sitting in my stand in the moring and watching the woods wake up. its true what they say it is always darkest (and coldest) just before dawn. Always love it when there is a big full moon and you can walk in with out a light and see alkinda stuff in the dark sitting up in the tree. J- |

J- idk if your a turkey hunter or not, but if your not, sitting in the woods before first light in the spring and listening to turkeys gobbling all around you, that s relaxing and cool. but to the OP thats the best part about bow hunting. normally people think that its all quiet and peaceful out there. but they dont realize how loud the timber actually is (birds wind, squirrels etc.) but its fun just sitting there and haveing a little deer right in front of you and get to watch them, like a zoo but in there natural environment. and during the rut if you listen closely to the bucks, you'll hear them grunting, and the does bleating, very quiet but i think its cool. most non hunters dont even realize that deer do "talk" |
Boring?
