Kinda hard to tell by the pic but this deer dressed at 270, according to the scale at the butcher shop I dropped him off at.  Came in around 1730, walked right at me, saw me, looked at me for about 10 minutes decided he didn't like what he saw, and was about to bolt, but a a squirrel caught his attention for just a second.  That gave me just enough time to draw and shoot.  The arrow impacted a little further back than I would have liked, but since he was quartering away it was probably for the better, it ended up hitting liver, one lung, and his wind pipe.  He ran 20 yards stumbled, got up ran another 10 and piled up.

If he field dressed 270 that would put his live weight well over 300 pounds...nice buck!
