Well, guys, I just won a PSX Mach X for $250 and I am pretty stoked. It is my first compound bow so I have alot to learn. I am reading as fast as I can! haha. I am out of the country for another ten days so I won't have it in my hands for a while but I am looking forward to setting it up. I do know that I want to go with a Whisker biscuit, and carbon arrows with Blazers. Not sure about the site but I will probably just keep it simple for the time being. I'm still researching and I know to keep sessions short, perfect my form, etc. Does anyone have any specific advice with regard to gear, expectations or technique on the PSE Mach X or similar fast shooting, parallel limbed, single cam bow? I like smaller diameter pins on my sight, but some guys like .029 or larger. Make sure you check out both to see whats right for you. Put some pics up in the "Show off your bow" thread when you get back. ETA: Congrats on the bow, it sound like a great setup  |
