I made a big "salt shaker" out of a mason jar and sprinkled it all over them and rubbed it in . Got to do it every couple a days. I put it in their food too. I am not affiliated in any way. This is good stuff. |

Its "diatomaceous earth" and is inert, you can get it at Lowe's, you can also spread it on their bedding/dog house and the carpet in your house. I used it myself but I always put "Frontline" on the dogs and used DE everywhere else as another layer of preventative (DE does nothing to repel ticks). DE in the house is a good thing as it kills almost everything that crawls, most roach/insect powders have it as an ingredient. |
