I would like to purchase a new flashlight that is either solar or self powered. Its need to be fairly small so it can fit in a backpack. Any help or guidance on where to look or which ones are good would be great. Thanks |

All the ones I've seen are very low quality, and I wouldn't trust them enough to even take up space or weight (however small) in my preps stuff. Another strategy recently discussed was having the ability to charge lights and other electronics by 12v car batteries, and then possibly solar. But in this case the charging is offboard the actual devices... |
