Hello all.
I have watched many youtube videos, searched, and used the math charts. But worry I might be wrong. I have a Remington 700 308 5R, NF NXS 5.5-22x56, and NF A103 1in direct mount in the mail. Math Bell 65mm/2=32.5mm. 32.5mm=1.279in. Only found 1 listing of mount hight and it's 1.4in. So 1.4in-1.28in= 0.12in I called NF weeks ago when was going use SHV 5-20x56. They told me use the A103 1in. Some input would help |
| The 1.00" will work for the SHV. I have mine in the .885 but it is a #4 contour barrel. I think you could probably even clear a #5 barrel with .885". It is close and I had to trim the rubber bikini caps for easy installation. If you are using Butler Creeks it won't be an issue. |
