Many people are having issues with their ARFCOM IM system ...not moving to previous pages, not showing sent messages..etc...try this..

While in you IM screen, Hold down the SHIFT button while clicking on the "reload" icon on your browser.

Is that the same as an f5 refresh?

Or go in and delete cookies?

Don't know, but I didn't delete any cookies.... this worked for me.

Ctrl+F5 or OPs method will ignore what's cached and totally reload more data. F5 or a plain old refresh will not.
