I have the Diamond MR77 dual-band. It's inexpensive, inconspicuous, and it works well for me.

+1. I have one on my Expedition connected to my Yaesu FT-7800R. Works well. Tip: BEFORE you mount it (or any mag mount), seal any joints where water may get inside with liquid electrical tape or Plasti-Dip. I failed to do that with the MFJ mag mount I used to have and it got all rusty. |
