The vendor I work at part time is selling the WW ARs. I will say I am quite pleased with the finished product although I have not shot one. I got plenty of others already!
They also carry the comparable Bushmaster models however they are priced approx $150.00 higher than the WW models. Makes it easy to push the WW brand.
My question, and sorry if this has been asked and answered already, but why continue to use 1/9 twist when 1/7 or even 1/8 make so much better sense? Also why do you continue to use non "F" marked FSBs?
Oh and btw I had a personal call at work today from a customer I sold a WW to last Wed(actually I only recommended it and put it on hold for later). Having some issues with FTEs.(extract) He was not an AR type person so went through the whole "break in" thing with him. One round was stuck so bad the extractor ripped the case rim. Told him to cycle BCG about 200 times. Clean the chamber very well. And run it wet. Also found out he only ran one box of brass 223 through the gun then began shooting Tulammo. My experience is the Tula stuff(steel) tends to be on the weak side and told him to shoot more brass and try hot ammo like XM-193 or equivalent. I also explained to him about steel vs brass and following steel with brass as in not to without cleaning the chamber.
Let's hope this gun isn't a lemon!
