I want to send in my 14.5" MRP BBL for a perm attach, and re-profile. If I just send the barrel assembly (barrel/ gas block/ gas tube), do I order the disassemble/ reassemble fee? If so, which one? Just curious because it is completely different from a full upper, which is the quoted service on your website. I would take it all apart myself, but I am mechanically disinclined, and would somehow ruin/ break something. Thanks in advance.

If sent as just the barrel assy ( without receiver on it), you do not need to order a dis/re-assemble. Make sure you have a barrel nut and some sort of gas block so it can be installed before the muzzle device perm (barrel nut will go over the device, but gas block will not)
