Just a little concerned due the recent issue another vendor had with their contacted carrier failing to get items sent out to customers. Please provide an updated status and the requested USPS tracking info ASAP so that I can monitor the location and movement of my order.

We recieved your email yesterday, and snother one sgain today, and the post above. Here is my reply:
Please review the date / time of your first email to IWC, October 18, 2013, 1:43:34 AM MDT, it was sent one day ago, not two. We commit to answering email with in 48 hours, which we've done for you.
We are unable to ship to an address outside the USA and have cancelled your order, re-stocked the items, and processed a refund on your credit card. Info on refund sent via separate email.
