Tried my CM762 with PPU M80 and the Red Spinco which is an XP for AR10 with Carbine REs.
Initially for about 10 rounds, it seemed to run well, with softer ejection to about 2:30 instead of aggressively to 1-1:30. Then I started to have a couple of bolt over base misfeeds, where round ejected but obviously the stronger buffer spring was not giving the magazine sufficient time to get the next round in position to feed, or the magazine spring tension wasn't enough to get the round up. Did this with two magazines, (D&H steel which haven't had issues previously through a modest 300 rounds). I was going to try two PMAG LRs but the turret on the NXS slipped (didn't tighten it down enough after setting the zero stop), so I lost interest in dealing with both of those issues at the end of an otherwise fun range session with my son (even in the FL heat). Even with the issues, we did get to ring steel at 350 with it, so it was still fun to shoot but always frustrating to have these things happen.
Got home, swapped back to OEM buffer spring and fixed the elevation turret; need to get back out to the range to confirm it's back to 100% function and the true zero hasn't been screwed up. Not sure what I'll try next, been thinking of a Surefire Procomp or AAC Brakeout 2.0 (when I can find one). I have an SDN6 suppressor I could run on this but likely won't mess with that until it cools down this fall.
