This has been asked before I am sure. If I use Silencer Shop direct does the suppressor still need to be shipped to an FFL after approved tax stamps?

Yes unless you live in TX.

Once the form 3 is approved it will ship to your local Class 3 dealer. When the form 4 is approved you get to pick it up.

Yes, we send the silencer to the FFL once the form 3 is approved.
