Why is it Breast cancer garners so much support when prostrate cancer hits just as many men if not more.
Prostrate cancer has been greatly ignored and now you have a breast cancer dillo catering to women but ignoring men. Women can and do live without a breast, but when a man looses his prostrate it destroys his sex life along with causing all kinds of other problems. You have breast cancer walks raising awareness while ignoring the vital little prostrate. I say we need a prostrate cancer dillo to stop the double standards and raise awareness among men and women what a ugly form of cancer prostrate cancer is. |

I think the word you are looking for is "prostate".
I have breast cancer survivors in my family. My mother had a mastectomy. My aunt, a double. I also had a good shooting buddy die of prostate cancer. Take a look at the money that Susan G. Komen spends, and what they spend it on. You'll find your answer there. |

The psychological repercussions of breast cancer and mastectomies can be tremendous. That's not to say it is better or worse than having a prostate removed, but the effects should not be made light of. Regardless, your post is in incredibly poor taste - both in language and timing. |

This is one thread they should LOCK before it gets out of hand. Too bad some A-Hole (no pun) could put such a damper on what LaRue is doing. |

Komen has given over $3 million dollars between 2003 and 2008 to Planned Parenthood So they fund abortion Dang it, we're not giving it to Susan & Bunch ... read up before getting your prostate all prostrated. |

OP, this was already hashed out pretty well in the "what about a breast cancer dillo?" thread. You're barking up the wrong tree. While I agree with you RE: breast cancer being the stylish cancer to support, WarriorAngels seems like an excellent charity totally worthy of my money, and the support of this community. |

| Not sure about other cancers.......although a brown dillo with an engrave butt hole would be interesting.....so would a yellow one. I have lost members of my family to breast, thyroid, and prostate cancers so I would be in for anything. I would like to see one for the Wounded Warrior Foundation. |

Just got a ww underarmour goodie last week and a matching dillo would be awesome. |

Whether it's my kind of cancer or someone else's, I appreciate and support ANY effort to raise money that goes to support finding cures for all types of cancer and to support the patients, survivors or families dealing with cancer.
Belittling a specific diseaase will not bring awareness to another. Be grateful that there are still efforts made to raise money period. |

Actually... I'd LOVE to see a LaRue "Prostate Cancer Awareness" dillo special, just like the Breast Cancer deal.
The Prostrate dillos could be BROWN... it'd be hysterical. You could have some subersive emblem of an anus built into the Dillo and it'd be an instant classic. I'd buy a 6 pack of those in a heartbeat and laugh my anus off every time I opened a beer with it. DO IT MARK! Less for being PC, but more about the LULZ and for a good cause.

My mother died of complications brought on by Diabetes. My father died of Leukemia. My sister was born with Cerebral Palsy. I bought 6 pretty pink Dillos. I support the other causes touching my life through other venues. LaRue Tactical can not do it for every disease/charity. I'm just amazed at the generosity of the members of this site as well as Mark LaRue. It restores my faith in mankind. Kudos to you folks! |

You can't swing a dead cat in a populated area without hitting something pink promoting breast cancer "awareness". There are pink cars racing on TV, football players wearing pink shoes, pink golf balls, pink ribbons, on and on. Nobody is unaware of breast cancer, but nobody seems to care about any other type. Breast cancer is trendy, and I was quite surprised so see LaRue jump on the bandwagon. |
