A while back I purchased a stripped BCM Middy upper from you guys. This upper of course came with a standard front site base installed.
A while ago, I believe I heard you say on here some where, that it was not advisable to remove the standard front site base and replace it with a low profile gas block. Is this true? And, if so, why?
I want to replace the standard front sight base on my middy upper for a low profile Vltor block, and install a DD 12" lite rail. I know you guys offer a middy upper in this config., but I wasn't able to pick one of them up.
Will there be problems with the low profile gas block install if this is done?
