| I usually place my orders online and select farrow road store as the shipping address to do in store pickup to save shipping. Tonight when buying some stripped lowers and build kits , it made me select 2 different addresses. For the build kits I selected my usual pickup at Farrow rd address, but for the lowers it made me pick from a long list of local FFLs. I selected 200 business park,the farrow rd location. Will they refund the shipping when I go in to pickup my order after they call? |

from what I was told from people at farrow rd....3 weeks ago , "your shipping charges will be refunded in a few days by customer service"
I emailed them last week, haven't heard anything. now ive got another order I picked up this past Friday. I assume i'll have to remind them of this order as well. total shipping charges due is about 26 bucks
