See title. No order. No shipping notification . Email CS. Get ghosted by CS. File for shipping protection claim. Finally get an email asking if I want my order or my money. I ask for my order, please. More waiting. No shipping notification. Just now get an email with “just one more question”. Verify shipping address? The one I’ve always used and never had an issue with before?
Did Brownells sub out Shipping and Customer Service to Radian? |

If a business doesn't deliver what you ordered, a chargeback is cheaper than paying extra for protection.

Shipping protection is absolutely a scam for a company to get you for an extra $3 or whatever - if they don't get you your order, or make it right, chargeback and don't use that company anymore. |

Finally got my order, yesterday. Dec 12 to Jan 26. I've had Form1s clear faster.....
 If this had been my "normal" experience with the Big B, it would be my last. |
