I out together one of your Expedition kits back in July 2001 and it's been great. Question: Does the BATF consider the integral muzzel brake on this rifle a flash hider or not ? Please xplain either way.

The barrel is ported, since it does not act as a flash hider and since it is machined into the barrel, then it is post ban legal.
