On 5/7/13 I saw that you had a M-16 Bolt Carrier Group on sale for $189.99. I needed one so I bought it. When it was processing, the site said it lost communication with the payment server. Thinking nothing of it, I tried it again. This time it went through successfully (Order # 100318440). I thought everything was honky dory until the Missus checked the bank and saw that there 2 charges from PSA for $196.99. Fearing for my safety, I called and talked to one of your reps on that same day. She saw that there a duplicate charge from when it did't go through properly. She assured me that the refund will be issued back to the VISA card in 3 business days. Its been about 5 now. Can I get a status check on this issue please? I have ordered 4 times from PSA in the past, and know that this is not a common issue. Just want to tell the missus something, so she won't kill me for ordering 2 BCG.

Also I don't know if this is related, but the order has not shipped yet. Could it be delayed cause I ask for a refund on the duplicate charge?

The refund process on our end is very simple, depending on your bank/ credit company will dictate how quickly you receive your funds. It typically take 3-5 business days.
