I personally have never had a problem with their Customer Service.
is this thing on! Seriously, I can apologize till I'm blue in the face, but that doesn't make this particular issue go away. On Web orders for the past 2-3 months we have been e-mailing back to the customer if an item is on backorder, we are trying to make our customers aware of those types of issues as they arise. Our barrel inventory is manually updated several times each day, it is not an automated system. We do run into this issue every now & then , thinking 1 of those 2 barrels has still got to still be on the shelf, when an order or two a 1/2 hr ago allocated them. Bushmaster has got to where we are today by giving the best Customer Service in the business. We do not have a high turn over rate with employees here, the owners of this company take care of us like we are family. I personally have been here in Sales/Customer Service going on 9yrs, and still enjoy it. Granted not every phone call is pleasant, but most are, and that is what keeps me here. We know we cannot make every Customer happy, but we do try hard to make them happy. We appreciate our customers business, and are striving to meet our customers expectations every day!
