I finally shot my Classic 20 for the first time today. This is my first personal AR15. Sent 40 rounds of XM193 down range with only one very minor hiccup on the first mag (loaded with 5 rds), the bolt didn't lock back. After that, everything was ran as it should. Took 15 rounds (3 5rd groups) and 3 front & rear adjustments to sight-in. Afterward, I was tearing up bulls at 25 yards and consistently ringing small 100 yd gongs.
The trigger pull is good (much better than some factory Colts I've shot) and it seems to be accurate... what the heck, I may even use this rifle in CMP matches.
I'm impressed, kudos DPMS!
