Email BCM and don't be rude, just explain the situation and they will take care of you.
I have dealt with them on some minor things and they always take care of it. Yes, email is slower and I would love to speak with someone for once, but imagine how many calls they would get...their shipping and processing would slow down dramatically and then everyone will complain about their shipping/lead-times. Some may argue to just pay someone to answer the phones...prices will only go up if they did that. I don't want that either, so I will suck it up and just email.
