Steve I sent in a bolt from my NM gun that I had a problem removing the ejector pin on. The pin came out bent and crushed in the middle and my pin punch broke off in the bolt getting it out. I sent the bolt in as instructed. I hadn't heard anything from anyone about sending me a new one. I got a statement from UPS with what looked like a bill for 11 or 12 dollars. Never got any e-mail or notification that they shipped me another one or anything. Can you find out what happened? Here is the info: Pete Campbell 2703 S. Pete, We shipped a new bolt assembly on the 30th, at no charge to you either for the part or the return shipping. UPS doesn't invoice the customer for our outbound shipment...are you sure that wasn't related to when you sent it in, or to something else entirely? The UPS site shows the package out for delivery to you today.
