I just wanted to take the time to thank Paul for what I think to be some of the best CS I have ever received.

Paul contacted me within 5 minutes of my email in regards to an 11.5 upper stove piping issue. He called me and we spoke for almost a half hour and he is one hell of a nice guy. Then he sent me a call tag within 15 minutes and stayed in touch accordingly throughout the repair process in which they replaced the entire BCG. Turn around time was within a week and a half back to my door which is really respectable.

I will be testing out the upper this weekend and look forward to seeing some flawless rounds downrange.

Thanks again Paul, I really do appreciate you staying on top of things even throughout the Shot Show craziness.

Yup, Paul is a good guy.  I once sent him an email on a Sunday evening, got a reply in 28 minutes.

They're one of the best.  Paul helped me out with something completely un-related to my order and on another occasion replaced used gear that I had bought from a friend with absolutely no hassle.  This is why BCM gets all of my business, no question.

BCM had a question about my address, and they went out of their way multiple times to contact me so they could get my shipment out that day with the regular UPS pickup.    That effort on their part guarantees that I'll buy more from them, and recommend others their way too.

Yes, you will get an e-mail within generally 24 hours of your order issuing you tracking numbers.
