An emotional caller (serious sounding not crying), was questioning the truth behind who is doing the looting, and crime against hospitals and LEOs who are trying to keep the peace.  Kinda uncomfortable situation for Chris it sounded.  

Im probably going to get called a racist but I cant help but notice that NO is falling apart and the primarily white communities in the other gulf states are all working together and helping each other.  The films from Pass Christian and Mobile, Boloxi etc dont have people running wild in the streets.

I can't stand that Chris Baker guy.  He is the most closed minded idiot I've ever heard.  I can't believe they let that show continue in Houston on 740 AM in the late afternoons.  They used to have news at 5:00, now they have his show.

Yesterday's topic was "Is Houston ready for our commitment to house people from New Orleans?".  What a useless topic to take up several hours.  The obvious answer to me is that of course we aren't ready because we didn't foresee this scenario, but we'd better do what we can to make it work.  Now how hard is that?

His show is in no way informative or constructive, he just picks stupid topics to stir up debate.

Not knocking on your post, but what kind of truth is she looking for exactly? Most of is the same people who are shooting at people, slinging dope, beating up of their girlfriends every night before this happened. Keep in mind New Orleans DOES NOT have a low crime rate even in normal untrying times, it is one of the highest (used to be highest for several years on homicides) in the nation. It is a horrible, sad situation, but also not very suprising.
