I have an AMD63 kit, need some insight on how to do somethings to build it. Getting a lsercut flat flat from ar5plus.com, need some ideads on how to the trunnions for the receiver.

have you checked the ak build it yourself section those guys can answer any questions you might have. I just finished my first two both amd 65's its a fun and rewarding project.

Ive never buiult a Ar but I have heard theres alot more to Ak's than Ar's. I built mine with receiver flats and a jig but if you can weld the laser cut ones seem fairly easy. You might want to weld the rails on first if you can. And make sure to heattreat the ejector and trigger holes.
