A friend has a ranch that includes a 200 acre pasture that begs for a tank and to be planted in sunflowers for dove habitat.
He also has existing tanks that have a a lot of sediment that could use a good dredging. I was told by someone that either
the state or the Feds. will pay for the building of new tanks or pay a percentage and possibly the seeding of the sunflowers.
If anyone has any experience or input I'd appreciate it.
