So today i go to the range, and im glad to report that i didnt damage my crown like i thought that i might have, plus i think i converted about 3 people today. Let a couple people shoot my guns that were just up there. This is not the bad thing but why in gods name are there stupid people. I had some idiot walk up to about 21 feet or so from the target with his girlfriend while im doing quick reaction shots with the AR at 25 yards. This is at fingerlakes. I yell cease fire, and then have a little chat with this moron about how they could have easily gotten themselves killed. Othere than that met some cool people and got to let some people shoot my gun. Think i sold a guy that was up there on getting an AR for hunting. So then im driving home on 63 to COMO and then i hear this ticking noise coming from my engine area, im assuming i just got a rock up in there or what not, then ticking and the engine revs hard and then blue smoke and oil, bye bye engine. Last time i went shooting i did awesome and made perfect first shot about about 300 yards, and took out a steel target, then my buddys marine 870 explodes. I have got to say that expensive bad stuff happens each time I go to the range, end rant.

Hmmm, a little less time oiling your guns and a little more time oiling your car would help.  Jiffy Lube is your friend!

Sorry to hear about your loss.

No offense but remind me never to go shooting with you....
