I'm not a Wisconsinite, but have you checked out GunBroker's FFL list? When local shops wanted $35 a each to transfer 5 identical $90 AR lowers from Quantico Arms, I went hunting for a kitchen-table dealer, and I found one! He's a great guy, and I now use him for all my transfers.

My 'preferred' dealer is an antique shop named 'Needful Things'. They're a family business: Mom runs the antique shop, and Dad & Son run the gun business (mostly antique-style & specialty firearms, also transfers).
They're on Appleton & Main St in Menomonee Falls... $20 for transfers, weather pistol or rifle. |
