I grilled ground turkey breast burgers. Wife made them with some shaved/grated apple and green onions. Not sure what else was in there but they were damn good, esp with some ketchup mixed with Frank's Hot Sauce. I put that shit on everything.

Joking. Though that is the last thing I ate that night. Not dieting, and I certainly eat a bigger variety of foods than represented in that one meal, it's all spread out.

At the station, I made Monster Chicken, broccoli sauteed in garlic and butter, whole grain white rice, and garlic bread.
