HERE

Be patient the next 1-2-3 days and You will be able to nab tickets at .50 cents on the dollar.

It's a Monday concert so any out of town scalpers will need to ship their hard tickets out by Fri/Sat for a Monday delivery.

I have seen them approx 1/2 a dozen times... they are not at their best right now so I'll most likely pass.

I have seen Van Halen three times.

Once way back in 1976 at the Goldenwest Ballroom in LA, at Anaheim Stadium in 1978 and at the US Festival in 1983.

There is no way I would pay that much money to see them now, especially without Michael Anthony.

1st time I saw them was a the UPS Field House........now that was along time ago, must have been 1978-1979, right after the 1st album came out

TicketMaster is dumping pretty nice seats right next to the stage ( sec 115 rows 1-2-3-4 etc )

$150 or so face value plus fee$

Time is 1:45pm - they won't last long

Figure of speech.

TicketMaster is releasing some nice seats ( for $150ea ) that were previously held back so there fans would spend money on all of the nosebleeder seats

And there will be plenty of people DUMPING $150 face value tickets tonite at the door for $20-30-40 each ... seen it happen at practically any / every concert I have ever been to.

Not a single one! It was a great show anyway.

Wouldn't have gone if the ticket price was any higher than.....
FREE! In a suite no less!

Lemme guess, no search for CCW other than the cursory glance inside your purse?

That's how it worked for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on Saturday night.

R32 kept my purse and gave it to Bunny weeks ago

no wands, no pat downs, no nonsense, all I carried was my knife..  lots of drunks inside though.

Wolfie did a decent job of standing in for Michael Anthony, and now that Eddies off the sauce, he sounds far better than he did in '04.

it was a good concert and it would have been worth face value to go, IMHO.

I thought it was a helluva good concert, it was Van Halen (75%) Wolfie was good buuuuuuuuuuut  Mikey is VH.  I would go again.  Lotsa drunks getting tossed, some herb smoking (some things never change) Glad there were not any Van Hagar songs, not that thats bad but it was VH the original 23 years in the making VH.  Dave still sounds good, Eddie well eddies back in it the groove.  As Sixguns said it was allot better than 04.  We got home at 4:00am (kid is into loosing sleep) so when I get time today or tomorrow I will get the pics out of my phone.

I thought it was a great show. The only thing that would have made it better is if Dave would have sung all teh words. I guess thats what you get live.
All in all, Dave was good, Eddie played like a mad man, Alex got a good workout and Woofie...well Woofie sounded good but needs to work on his stage presence a bit (come on Dave, give me a break). I don't know how he can hang out with Dave and be so reserved. Val probably doesn't let him spend any more time than necessary around Dave anyway. [Val]Now Eddie, you make sure that Woof doesn't spend any non essential time with that rude, crude, dick rubbing, womanizing Dave![Val]

Dave's whole show is improv.  Messing up and leaving out (forgetting the fucking lyrics)lyrics, well thats Dave always has been always will be.

Nope it was van Halen not "Van Hagar"  it was what made VH well  VH!!!!  The way Van Halen was meant to be.
