Polls are jacked up.
I vote for #4. I don't like the configuration for the front though, unless that is a pocket design not a chest design..... Maybe a "pocket design" with just the outline of VA and AR15.COM underneath the outline.... |
We can work out the detais of placement, colors, and shirt type through the discussions here. The poll is to help me find a design that the majority likes.
I went with #2.
Um.......Anthony.......can I get mine with an AK instead of an AR? |
3 without a dizzout. I'd take at least 3 t-shrits and whatever else you can put it on (incl but not limitted to, huge posters, towels, placemats, mousepads, checks, , toilet paper, etc...)
I have LOTS of arfkom gear and would LOVE some hometown stuff too! (I am a dork and must be black!) |
I think #4 choice and #5 choice will tie no matter what happens.....the polls are whacked out.
#3 is very distinctive. 50/50 blend would be good, I'd buy all 3 colors!
I pretty much liked them all, though #1 is my least favorite, and it was a toss up for #3 and #5 for favorite.
#2 or#5 would be great on t-shirts in gray, black, od, & tan. #3 won't look good on anything but a tan shirt, IMHO
What he said....... ETA: For #3: Maybe the state outline and motto could be moved to the front of the shirt and placed over the heart area in smaller format while the AR15.com logo remains on the back....... |
Exactly! My preference is #2 in tan, I think it really looks sharp. #3 is a good design, but it's difficult to see the detail on anything besides tan. Black and yellow is unbelievably bright. #5 is nice as well. I'd buy any (or all) of these 3. MJD |
#2 would look alot better with an eagle that is facing you....like a Harley-Davidson eagle. The symmetry is what makes it more pleasing to the eye.......that sounded gay. |
i LOVE #2 and #3!
dont foget the (tiny) ladies. i wear XS and #3 would look awesome on a pink t-shirt |
I like 2 and 3 , I would like #3 in tan . I would like #2 better if the front logo was a pocket logo , I hate tshirts with big designs on the front of them.
3, 5, and 2 in that order.
shirts: Hanes Beefy-T's or something similarly durable. Colors: tan/light gray (not as hot in the summer) or black ("tactical" and I can wear it at work). |
Style of shirt, T-shirt, colors, black, grey, natural cotton, OD green.
When are we closing the poll and ordering the damn shirts (#3)?!
LOL Agreed , Ill up my order Ill take 3 or 4 of them , as long as the design is on the back , like I said before I hate big designs on the front of a shirt, Pocket logos are cool though. I told my friends carl and nick (lurkers) both said they'll take one. As for as colors , All the ones you used as backgrounds for number 3 are cool by me. Pockets are nice but not a must.
I'm going to give it a few more days. Then I'm going to bring a copy of the winning choice to the shirt people to get a price quote for it.
I also have to get the final nod from ARFCOM itself to start the deal. |
Choice #3 in a 100% cotton shirt, something soft and light, and im down for one of each color
I also like #5 , But the bigger AR sold me on #3 |
Could we have these t-shirts made before the shoot, VaGunnut or could you have them made FOR the shoot???
DRUFF |
Looks like #3 is smoking the rest. Let us know when this is a go.
I'd take #3 on just about any shirt... dark on light for summer (short sleeve), Light on Black for winter (long sleeve) and black on black for night tactical
I'd take a coffee mug or 2 as well what about a ptach for range bags etc.? Just some random thoughts |
I voted for a couple of them, but honestly, I'll buy which ever one wins. They all look really good.
I voted for 5, would look cool as sticker.... but I also liked the gray with black shirts and colour schemes.
OK, I spoke with the shirt people tonight and I have an appointment on Monday to drop off the winning design. I should be able to get an idea on prices for different shirts, hats, and the like then. I'll let everyone know as soon as I have the totals.
This idea may be a bit late, but here it is:
Any chance (or interest) in using the same designs for the AR lower and the T-Shirt? Creating a common VABR logo of sorts? |
Damn, Nice Designs. I HATE YOU GUYS
Design Number 3 is way COOL Non-voting compliment to the Designer. |
OK, I spoke to the shirt people today. I have several options for Team Gear, and different prices for each.
I'll start a new post with all the info once I get the go ahead from the Bosses. |
Cant wait DRUFF |
Choice # 3
Very good graphic. Short and long sleeve T-Shirt in OD green, Tan and black. PS - as long as the background color is the same as the shirt (just a suggestion). Look forward to buying 8 - 10. Nevis |
