Maybe this can once and for all settle the age old arfcom question: beans or no beans?

I figured the Georgians were smart enough to realize that you need all sorts of beans to make good chili!

I use no less than 3 types of beans

I make a "chili" with black beans, chili beans, light and dark kidney beans, navy beans, pinto beans, feild peas, and corn.

I've conceded that it's not chili, but just chili floavored bean soup. It's still good with nachos, jalapenos and sour cream

Fuck THAT, I use NO beans. God gave me pointy teeth to eat other animals and I load the chili up with carnivorous delights.

Chili should stand on it's merits without having to load up on bean fillers. If you research it, you'll find that's the only reason cowboy kettle pot "chili" had beans in the first place.

Damn good thing I'm teaching a course that weekend or I'd have to go to Marietta and own some folks and win some shit in the process...
